We understand that not everyone can come and visit us in person. To facilitate adoption process in UNITED STATES, we offer videocall services. All our puppies leave between 9 and 11 weeks of age.

In this videocall you and your family can see our puppies, their parents, our installations, how they are being raised, and get to know their personalities (i.e., depending on their age).

This video call is also very important to us because we get to know the potential new family and the environment that the puppy would live in.

During the video call, we give additional information on their parents, their personalities, answer any questions and we talk about important information that will be needed when getting the puppy. 

If we both decide to proceed with the adoption, a deposit will be necessary.

Before making the deposit for the puppy of your choice, you will have to agree on the health guarantee and no breeding contract document that we will send to you. This document can also be found in this website under the section “Health Guarantee” and “No Breeding Contract.” The total cost of the puppy (delivery included) will be agreed upon by both parties before any deposit is made. If the person or family decides not to continue with the adoption process, the deposit is non-refundable. 

Videos and or pictures of the puppies will be sent approximately every 10 days, which will show you how your pup and their littermates are changing and growing before going to their new forever homes. 

The day, place and time of delivering your puppy will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties at least a week before getting your little one.
